Delivery and Payments

When you place an order with Red Roo DVD you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed.

Orders deliverable to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post Standard and eParcel Service. For an additional $4.95 (on orders over $50) you may choose to use our premium courier service.

Please note that some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Any such adjustment will be communicated to you prior to dispatching your order.

Australian Delivery Addresses

Australia Post Standard delivery service does not provide online customer tracking of parcels.

Australia Post eParcel Service provides visibility of your order with online tracking at no additional cost. All eParcels that we ship have to be signed for as proof of delivery, otherwise a card will be left and your package taken to your local Australia Post retail outlet where you will have to provide I.D. to sign and collect it. Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be placed against your order. Sign in to your account and select your order to view this number.

Australian Air Express is a premium courier service that provides express delivery that is registered and provides online tracking. We strongly suggest you provide a business address where possible for a greater success of delivery on first attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful, a calling card will be left with instructions on where to collect your order (nearest AAE depot or local post office) or arrange redelivery. Maximum order quantity for Australian Air Express is 20 DVDs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All Australian orders of $150 or more will be Automatically upgraded to FREE Australian Air Express Delivery.

Delivery costs are based on either the quantity and/or total dollar value of the products ordered.

Overseas delivery Address

International delivery costs are determined by the weight and country of destination of the order.

International Airmail

This is the postal option for orders intended for non-Australian delivery addresses. Your order is sent via airmail to the country of destination at which point delivery is reliant on the local postal service. Orders sent via airmail are not insured or traceable.

4 postal zones and their respective cost of shipping are below:

• Zone A (NZ) - $12.80
• Zone B (Asia/Pacific) - $14.15
• Zone C (USA/Canada/Middle East) - $14.90
• Zone D (Rest of World) - $17.55

These costs are subject to change and you will be notified of any variation prior to shipment. All efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of these costs and timings with Australia Post.

Terms

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders is subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Red Roo DVD will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate delivery. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

International Orders - Additional Identification

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Red Roo DVD may affect estimated delivery times. Red Roo DVD reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Customs and International Duty

International delivery may be subject to local Customs levies. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Additional charges must be borne by the purchaser.

Payments

PayPal is currently our online payment option. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal Account to use this option. Select PayPal during checkout and you will then either enter your credit card details or sign in to your PayPal account. After completing you details select 'Review Order' and then confirm your payment. You will then be brought back to Red Roo DVD and be able to print your invoice.

Offline orders may be paid for by Australian bank cheque or money order in Australian dollars only. Please ensure that cheques and money orders are made out to: Red Roo DVD. Payment may also be made using Red Roo DVD gift vouchers. View Payment page for more information.
