Online Payment Options

Which credit cards?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. Use the PayPal option to pay by Credit Card.

PayPal

PayPal is currently our online payment option. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal Account to use this option. Select PayPal during checkout and you will then either enter your credit card details or sign in to your PayPal account. After completing you details select 'Review Order' and then confirm your payment. You will then be brought back to Red Roo DVD and be able to print your invoice.

Bank Deposit

During checkout, select bank deposit and instructions will be displayed with details on depositing your payment into the Red Roo DVD bank account. We will process your order and have it ready to ship immediately after payment appears in our account. You can transfer payment via your online banking facility or at your local bank branch.

Gift Vouchers

Payment may also be made using Red Roo DVD gift vouchers.

Privacy & Security

Ordering Red Roo DVD products online is designed to be as simple as possible while allowing maximum security and privacy for all your details. Your credit card details will not be stored on our server and will be transmitted to us only in encrypted form. Information is secured using Extended Validation Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), enabling up to 256-bit encryption on Web browsers and mobile phones.

Offline Payment Options

Please use our Offline Order Form as an alternative to paying online. Complete the form and fax or mail to Red Roo DVD as detailed in the instructions on the form.

Product availability may change by the time your order is received and processed. We will email you immediately to confirm your order or offer other options (wait for stock, change product/s, cancel order, etc).

Cheques & Money Orders

Offline orders may be paid for by bank cheque or money order in Australian dollars only. Please ensure that cheques and money orders are made out to: Red Roo DVD.

Credit Cards

We are unable to accept Offline Credit Card Payments. Our online credit card payment via PayPal is extremely safe and no card details are sent to or stored on our servers.
