Refunds and Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described.

DVD Discs warranty (only manufacturing faults) with a copy of receipt. Warranties do not cover discs that are scratched through normal wear and tear or damaged in some way either by the consumer or the retailer, nor do they cover consumer’s dissatisfaction with the product. Only manufacturing faults.

Goods eligible for return must be received by Red Roo DVD within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning goods to Red Roo DVD. Where a refund of goods is payable, all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods Red Roo DVD will:

  • Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
  • Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Red Roo DVD. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
